Copyright Transfer Agreement

In accordance with the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, since the signing date of this agreement, all authors agree to transfer the copyright of the paper to the Editorial Board of The Chinese Journal of Geological Hazards and Control, including the right of adaptation, compilation, distribution, reproduction, translation, information network dissemination and performance, etc. After publication of the paper, the authors have the right to share their article in the same ways permitted to third parties under the Creative Commons license (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0) (e.g. stored in institutional repository), as well as certain scholarly usage rights.

The agreement shall become effective from the date of signature of the authors and shall be executed at the place where the Editorial Board is located. If the authors do not receive the above-mentioned revision or acceptance notice within 90 days from the receipt date of the agreement by the Editorial Board of The Chinese Journal of Geological Hazards and Control, the agree-ment will automatically expire.

The authors agree that the Editorial Board will charge the Publication Fees(also called Article Processing Charge ，APC) on a lump-sum before the first publication of the article. After the first publication of the paper, the Editorial Board will pay the authors the remuneration on a lump-sum, which is paid in accordance with the relevant national regulations and standards, including all the contributions generated during the dissemination of the paper.

At the time of signing this agreement, the authors hereby warrant as follows and are willing to bear all liabilities arising therefrom:

(1) The above-mentioned article is an original work of authors and has not been publicly published.

(2) The article does not infringe on any copyright and other legal rights of any third party.

(3) The above article will not be submitted to other journals until the Editorial Board of The Chinese Journal of Geological Hazards and Control has notified the authors of any revision, acceptance or return of the article (within the aforementioned period).

(4) This agreement has been agreed upon by all the authors and is binding on all the authors, and the signatory authors warrant that they have full authority to transfer/assign and make all commitments herein.
