Discussion on the formation and mechanism of geological disasters in XinLuo district, Fujian province

XinLuo district is one of the counties with complex geological conditions and the most serious geological disasters in Fujian province.There are six main types of geological disasters,including unstable slopes,landslides,avalanches,debris flow,karst ground collapse and ground subsidence,of which landslides and karst ground subsidence are the most important types of geological disasters in the region,because of the numerous disaster points,a wide range of area,small scale and poor stability.The survey showed that the formation of the geological disasters in XinLuo district is the result of the interaction of many factors.By studying the formation mechanism of geological disasters in XinLuo district,it shows that topography,lithology,geological structure and hydrogeological is the fundamental factors in the formation of geological disasters;factors such as rainfall and human activities are the dynamic factors in the formation of geological disasters.
