    The failure modes and stability analysis of complicated rock slope

    • Being different from soil slope,complex rock slope is mainly controlled by the development state of structure surface and from various kinds of deformation and failure modes.In this paper,taking the slope feature NO.11 in development zone,Zhangzhou City as and example,based on the geological investigation,statistical analysis and deformation modes evaluation of its main joints are carried out.Together with quantitative evaluation of various failure modes,e.g.the circulars sliding failure,wedge failure,plane failure and rockfall failure etc,the overall slope stability is analyzed and evaluated,the improvement for this slope is proposed and finally,the general analysis methods and evaluation process are concluded.
